Cuisine volante

Conception et réalisation du design d’une cuisine à Phuket en Thaïlande. Cuisine existante endommagée par des infiltrations d’eau et la présence de thermites. Réinterprétation de l’aménagement existant composé d’équerres en bois fixées au mur pour permettre un nettoyage facile du sol à l’eau. Nouveau design intégrant l’installation d’une ou de plusieurs futures étagères sous le plan de travail pour offrir plus de rangements. Table de la cuisine construite avec le même style tout en incorporant les différents contreventements nécessaires à sa stabilité. Bois exotique malaisien local utilisé, huilé à 3 reprises pour protéger de l’eau et d’une potentielle attaque d’insectes. Restaurations et peinture des murs attenants.

Conception and realisation of a kitchen design in Phuket, Thailand. Old rotten kitchen damaged by water and thermites. Reinterpretation based on the former arrangement composed by triangle structures fixed on the walls which allow an easy floor cleaning. New design integrates one or several future shelves underneath the countertops to offer more storage. Table stand built within the same style incorporating all bracings needed for stability. Hard exotic Malaysian wood used, oiled 3 times to prevent any other insect attack or water damages. Restoration and painting of the walls.
